THE BACK OFFICE

One menu, one set of numbers

Everything you change here reaches tills, kitchen screens and web ordering on their next sync. Everything that happens out there comes back as numbers you can act on.

THE MENU

Breakfast ends at 11:00 sharp

Categories, items, modifier sets and meal deal builders in one place. Put categories on menus with trading windows and the breakfast rolls sell themselves off the till at 11:00, every channel at once, in your site's own timezone.

Price bands give each site its own prices without a second menu: the city centre shop charges £6.45 where the default is £5.95, and one blank field means "same as everyone else".

Reorder items and categories with arrows, rename freely, archive instead of deleting. History stays.

THE STOCK ROOM

Find the missing nine kilos

Every sale depletes the exact ingredients in the recipe, meal deal components included, every channel included. Voids and cancellations put stock back with a matching correction, never by editing history.

Count what's on the shelf and Docketry shows the gap between what you bought and what your sales explain. When an ingredient runs out, everything that needs it goes sold out everywhere at once.

The ledger is append-only. Nobody, including us, quietly rewrites a stock figure.

THE PAPER TRAIL

Who changed the price of fries?

Every change in the back office lands in the audit log automatically: who, what, when, from where. Price changes, menu edits, refunds, team changes. PINs and passwords are redacted before anything is written.

Orders carry their history too: placed, sent to kitchen, ready, collected, and the name of whoever approved the discount or authorised the void.

Refunds are guarded against over-refunding, and undo is always a correction, never an edit.

SITES AND PEOPLE

Two shops, one head office

Sites share the catalogue and keep their own stock, devices, stations, prices and numbers. Flip the site switcher and the dashboard, orders, reports and shelves follow.

Staff get roles and PINs, not shared logins. Managers approve discounts and voids with their own PIN, and the order remembers who it was. New tills and kitchen screens enrol with a one-time code and can be revoked from the office in a minute.

Daily takings, VAT summary and CSV exports per site. Your accountant gets files, not screenshots.
